This is truly a fantastic piece from you! The expression, the eyes, the coloring; it is all so wonderful. This piece really reflects how much you have grown over time. Looking at this and seeing how far you have come, it is really difficult to be able to break this work down and give it critique. But after taking the time to really look at it and mentally break down each individual element of the piece, I have found a few things that I am able to give you some constructive feedback on.

Your ability to draw hair has really improved, but my suggestion to you is to remember the natural look of hair. Your drawing, especially in the face, is just so realistic, but when you look at the hair it still has that "drawn" quality to it. What I am trying to say, in essence, is to not make such heavy strokes with the pencil on the hair. Especially on parts where the loose strands can be seen. They should delicately taper off to maintain a more natural look.

Also, for the vest (or so I assume that the green-blue garment is ) the collar of it needs a little more shading around it so that it doesn't look "plastered" to the rest of the outfit. A little shading around it will distinguish it from the rest of the clothing.
